We’re looking for a seasoned seamless gutter installer with the leadership skills to launch and grow our new gutter division in Mid-Michigan. This role requires hands-on installation experience, the ability to run and train crews, and a proven track record of mentoring others into leadership roles. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of this division—collaborating with upper management, communicating directly with customers, and providing feedback to support strategic growth. A positive, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills are essential. If you’re ready to build something from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
This position will likely start on a part-time or project-based basis as the division gets off the ground but is expected to grow quickly with the right team in place. We’ve already invested in a brand-new KWM 5/6 combo seamless gutter machine—ready to go. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at the ground level of a new division backed by an established company.
